Tripko is a travel marketplace for North Macedonia that allows verified travel agencies to publish travel offers in one place and allows users to browse offers and send inquiries.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the platform acts as an intermediary marketplace and not as the organizer or direct seller of the travel arrangements listed by agencies.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any additional policies referenced on the website.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

Some features of the platform may require an account, including leaving reviews, managing agency data, and accessing dashboard functionality.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place through your account.

Travel agencies may apply for access to the platform. Agency accounts may remain pending, be approved, rejected, or suspended based on internal review and compliance requirements.

We reserve the right to request verification documents, additional information, or corrections before approving or maintaining an agency account.

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, pricing, descriptions, availability, images, and other content they publish on the platform.

We may remove, edit, limit, reject, or suspend listings that are misleading, incomplete, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the platform rules.

Users may send inquiries through the platform without creating an account where that feature is available.

By submitting an inquiry, you understand that the information you provide may be sent to the relevant agency for the purpose of responding to your request.

Users who are eligible to leave reviews must provide honest, lawful, and non-misleading content. Fake, abusive, defamatory, or irrelevant reviews are not permitted.

We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove reviews and other user content at our discretion, especially where required for trust, safety, or legal compliance.

The platform may offer paid credits that agencies can use for featured placements and other promotional visibility features.

Payments for credits may be handled through Dodo Payments or another external payment provider. Billing, taxes, payment verification, fraud checks, refunds, reversals, and chargeback handling may also involve that provider.

Detailed rules for credits, purchases, billing, activation, extensions, refunds, reversals, and suspensions may be governed by separate credit and payment terms when those features are launched.

The platform may rely on third-party service providers for authentication, hosting, email delivery, media storage, analytics, and payment processing.

This may include Google Analytics for website analytics, subject to cookie consent where required, and Dodo Payments for payment processing and related financial operations.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

The platform design, branding, software, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or exploit platform content except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or business, use automated scraping without permission, or submit fraudulent or deceptive content.

We may suspend or restrict access where we believe misuse, abuse, fraud, or legal risk exists.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every listing or piece of content will always be accurate or up to date.

Travel offers, prices, availability, dates, and conditions are primarily controlled by the relevant agency and may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or specific accounts where we reasonably believe these terms, applicable law, or platform policies have been violated.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the action took effect.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, business model, or legal requirements.

When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
